Laredo^® fungicide is available for use on soybeans for the control of soybean rust through Section 18 quarantine exemptions. The exemptions are valid through 2006 for use of this product in the states of AL, AR, CO, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI and WV. Keystone^®, Keystone LA, FulTime^®, TopNotch^®, and Surpass^® herbicides are federally restricted use pesticides and are not registered for sale, distribution or use in the state of New York. In the state of New York, Hornet WDG is limited to 2.0 oz/A in a POST application only.

FirstRate^® or Python^® herbicides will not control ALS-resistant weeds.

Do not fall-apply anhydrous ammonia south of State Route 16 in the state of Illinois.
